Such information may be collected about how and when you use our sites.

By submitting a loan application or a pre-approval request, you authorize us to obtain your credit report to process your loan application. As a result, a "hard" inquiry may appear on your credit report. A hard inquiry may negatively affect your credit score. Credit reporting agencies may share your information with other companies when you apply for a home loan. This may cause you to receive Email or phone calls that you didn't ask for, offering credit cards, refinancing or other loan products. Information we use

We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our website.

We will retain your information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined here unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Opting Out

If you prefer that we not disclose non-public personal information about you to non-affiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law). If you have already opted out, you don't need to opt out again because your request will never expire.

Protecting Children’s Privacy Online

Our sites and services are not intended for children under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 without parental consent. This includes malware scanning, device safeguards, secured files and buildings, as well as oversight of third-party service providers. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Please note that electronic communication, particularly email, is not necessarily secure against interception.

Your non-public personal information is kept confidential and only accessible by a limited number of employees who need to know that information to provide the requested products or services to you.

Changes to Privacy Notice

Privacy Notice is subject to change. If we plan to make significant changes to any of our privacy policies or practices, we will post these changes to the website with a new “Effective Date”. Your use of the site following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Notice.
